My Approach

Who I Work With

Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working with active populations across every level of competition — from high school and collegiate competitors to professional athletes and military personnel, as well as the everyday active individuals.

A fitness trainer helps a person during a stretching exercise in a gym. The trainer, wearing a light blue shirt and black shorts, holds the person's foot while they lie on the floor. The gym has exercise equipment and weights in the background.

The sports and disciplines that I have guided active populations through injury recovery, performance progressions, and pain reduction are:

Soccer · Pickleball · Golf · Tennis · Gymnastics · Combat Sports · Football · Swimming · Volleyball · Basketball · Dance (various disciplines) · baseball · Running · Hyrox & Crossfit · + more

+jobs/careers that create constant physical load and strain on your body. Examples Are:

Tactical (military, firefighter, police officer) · Desk jockey · construction · industrial · +more

Whether you're a high-caliber athlete, a Sunday league warrior, or anyone in between — I understand the unique physical demands your activity places on your body.  Let’s restore so you can perform.
